**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Administrative Specialist to provide high-level support to upper executives. This role involves managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining key records with minimal supervision.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage executive schedules and organize meetings.
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
+ Maintain and ensure the accuracy of critical records.
+ Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
+ Coordinate and support executive-level projects.
+ Provide guidance to other administrative staff as needed.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in executive-level administrative support.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
