US Director of Channel Sales - Exclaimer

1. Lead and inspire a small channel team focused on growing new business through Microsoft resellers, including CSPs, MSPs, in the US.
2. Develop and nurture relationships with key Microsoft MSPs and resellers, ensuring they align with Exclaimer’s growth objectives.
3. Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with a specific focus on MSPs and channel resellers, to drive channel sales and business growth.
4. Collaborate closely with the correct Microsoft MSPs and resellers, ensuring effective co-marketing, communication and coordination.
5. Strategically plan and execute the partner program across the US region to achieve corporate channel sales objectives.
6. Identify, recruit, and onboard new (select) channel partners, with a focus on M365 channel resellers and MSPs.
7. Work cross-functionally with Exclaimer Sales Executives to support the growth and scale of the channel business.
8. Deliver value propositions and key messaging to the partner community, emphasizing the benefits of Exclaimer's solutions.
9. Effectively utilize CRM and PRM tools for consistent forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
10. Set and meet ambitious quotas for key partners in the US market.
11. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and Microsoft ecosystem developments, with a specific focus on MSPs and channel resellers.
12. Review, monitor, and report on partner-led deals, ensuring visibility and success.
13. Communicate product launches, promotions, and marketing programs to channel partners.
14. Execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with partner marketing to drive leads and field engagement.
15. Maintain overall responsibility for relationship management with partners.

- Proven leadership experience in channel sales, specifically focused on the US market.
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with a specific emphasis on MSPs and channel resellers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to drive growth through M365 channel reseller partners and MSPs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
