- Jul 1-6, 21-31
- Aug 1-3, 19-31
• Shift Coverage: 3 days of clinic, 1 day in OR, 1 day of procedures in clinic.
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p (with 1 hr lunch)
- 2 weeks per month/Full-time
• Call Schedule: Nights; 5p-8a & Sat/Sun; 24-hr call
• Patient Volume: 20 per day (clinic)
• No. of Procedures: 10-15 per week
• No. of Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
• Support Staff: 1 PA
• Other Physician in Practice: No other MDs
• Special Procedures: In-clinic vasectomy & OP infant circumcision (not required)
• No. of Beds: 99
• EMR: Cerner
• Other Info:
- No robotics; Acute Care Hospital.
- Disposable flexible stethoscopes available.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active AZ License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• DEA
• At least 1 yr of experience
