Job Title: Senior Guidewire Claim Center Business Analyst

Location: Remote and 25% travel required.

Position Summary:

Senior Guidwire ClaimCenter Business Analyst with extensive experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and claim workflows. The focus will be on claim intake, initial claim triage, and claim registration fulfillment, with a strong preference for experience in cloud-based solutions. This role is not limited to workers' compensation experience but requires strong expertise in claims processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and optimize claims processes, focusing on intake, triage, and registration.
2. Gather requirements, document workflows, and recommend process improvements.
3. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure system alignment with business needs.
4. Identify and align claims business processes with the Guidewire Cloud Solution.
5. Identify and define key performance measures.
6. Create business process improvement documentation with workflow diagraming.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 5+ years as a ClaimCenter business analyst or similar role in claims management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
  • Proficiency in claims intake, triage, and registration processes.
  • Knowledge of BPMN or other related workflow improvement methods and tools.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter (cloud-based solutions preferred).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for business audiences.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

• Industry knowledge in workers' compensation or similar claims domains.
• Relevant certifications in ClaimCenter, cloud platforms, or BPR.
