Our board-certified team is backed by a network of primary and specialty care providers and supported by access to complex imaging, lab and pharmacy. Growing together.** **Required Qualifications:.** + BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine + Unrestricted WA State Medical License required by start date + Current?WA DEA certificate required prior to start date Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $259,790 to $345,400 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
