JOB OVERVIEW
The UpNext Community Program Specialist will onboard and support accepted program applicants and facilitate various member activities such as virtual and in-person events, relevant partnership activation & content creation, community-building, and best practice sourcing and dissemination.
A bias for action plus strong ability to prioritize, facilitate, and communicate will ensure that this individual increases the value of the UpNext Program to members, and will grow the brand perception of UpNext and thereby that of Foresight Sports.
This position reports to the Marketing Director and is based in our San Diego headquarters, working in-office at least 3 days per week.
As the UpNext Community Program Specialist, you will have an opportunity to:
+ Organize program applications and ensure appropriate processing of member documentation
+ Serve as primary point of contact for UpNext members and partners, communicating via email, phone, and social media
+ Activate partnerships & events with UpNext brand ambassadors and sponsorship partners
+ Create, maintain, and deliver product training and best practices to program participants, partners, and employees
+ Participate in ideation of program content comprised of but not limited to video, still photography & digital imagery, copy, and audio
+ Track program status and activities, while proactively communicating needs and progress across the organization
+ Ensure that UpNext members complete required program activities per contract
Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to identify, create, proof, and distribute materials to educate potential customers about our products.
You have:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Bias for action; proactive mindset to take ideas and run with them
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Previous customer service/support experience
+ Confidence presenting to large groups virtually and in person
+ Comfort within rapidly changing landscape and priorities
+ In-depth familiarity with the game of golf, and golf technology such as launch monitors and simulators
You might have:
+ Event activation experience
+ Capabilities within Adobe or other creative suites
+ Content production and social media management experience
+ Gaming, hardware, software experience
Pay Range:
$64,500.00 - $96,700.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
