This is an on-call position based on the French Field and KM Softball/Baseball weekend (Saturday & Sunday) schedule. Hours vary.
EXAMPLE OF DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Ability to speak, read and write effectively.
- Possess good interpersonal and public relation skills.
- Have a good mechanical aptitude.
- Highly motivated agile person to perform quality work indoors, and outdoors under various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions, with good time management skills.
- Be in excellent health with no physical limitations that would hinder the ability to perform assigned duties. Reports to:

Examples of Performance Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for properly opening softball/baseball fields/stadium, placement of athletic equipment, overseeing events, storage of equipment, cleanliness of the complex, and securing facility upon completion of events.
Responsible for cleaning all interior spaces and exterior surfaces at the stadium using prescribed sanitary, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Maintain stadium spaces, equipment, and supplies in a safe, neat, and orderly manner.
Operation of pressure washer, backpack blowers, tenant field sweeper, and surface vacuum.
During events monitor various areas of the stadium, such as restrooms, storage areas, and parking lot for possible break-ins, theft, and vandalism. Take appropriate action and report findings to the Lead Facilities Technician.
Provide personnel and material support as necessary to staff, team members, coaches, and managers to ensure successful events.
As necessary, safely make temporary repairs or properly secure any heating, plumbing, or electrical system which indicates an unusual condition or malfunction. Report problem to Lead Facilities Technician.
Monitor the stadium schedule for proper group usage and remove any users from the field and stadium that do not have proper authorization for use.
