JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This is a shared position responsible for entering, posting, and reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable batches, researching and resolving customer A/R issues, and reviewing monthly vendor statements
- You will also maintain cash receipts, sales journals, and accounts payable files.
- In addition, you will enter high volume billing, which requires excellent attention to detail.
- Other responsibilities will include reconciling expense reports and processing credit applications for new customers.
- Associates degree or higher a must
- 1 to 3 years' experience in AP AR
- Must be flexible with duties assigned above job description as they help other departments
