About the Job
Becker & Company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team and lead the Unmanned Surveillance Department as an Unmanned Surveillance Case Manager. Our investigations span diverse types of insurance claims, including workers' compensation, suspected fraud, and liability. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills. As the Unmanned Surveillance Case Manager your responsibilities will include overseeing the enhancement of the unmanned department and coordinating unmanned surveillance assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing a strategic plan for department growth
- Identify opportunities, challenges, and potential solutions
- Manage equipment inventory for all unmanned surveillance cases nationally
- Prioritize a case load of assignments and video evidence management
- Upload video evidence promptly and accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous managerial or supervisory roles, demonstrating leadership and decision-making skills.
- Prior Related Experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work independently and stay motivated in a dynamic investigative environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This position is a full-time position based in our Bridgeville office Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. We provide a comprehensive benefit package, including PTO, 401(k), healthcare, along with other benefits.
