Role and Responsibility:
The Unix Systems Administrator maintains and supports the Production and Non-Production (Dev/QA) UNIX-based UNIX middleware environment, which is inclusive of the software, and in some cases hardware system. In addition, the position represents the Midrange Technical Services team on enterprise IT initiatives as assigned, assesses technical requirements, and provides recommendations to the Project Manager. The UNIX Middleware support team provides 24x7 365/days support. Must be able to work with afterhour's resources and schedule work appropriately.

Role and Responsibility:

Must have skills:
- 4+ years of Redhat Linux Systems Administration.
- Automation experience using Bash, Perl or related scripting language.
- Must have experience outside of just user management; skills with various drives and file systems.
- Experience with VMware and puppet.
- AWS/Cloud migration experience is a plus
- Experience in UNIX or Solaris would be a plus, as it will be part of their job to support in the future, but not a primary task.
