Job Description:

* Application administration and support for Network Management Tools (Element Management Systems, Testing and Performance Management, and others such as ALU 5620 SAM, Fluke Networks TruView/Uptime Select, InfoVista VIN, Netcool).
* Combine telecommunication, networking, and application concepts.
* Manage, install and customize off the shelf applications, including upgrades and patches.
* Investigate and report application business and system problems and analyze and track the progress and resolutions.
* Apply standard IT principles, concepts, practices, and techniques.
* Support environments for user acceptance and regression testing.
* Working with external vendors to troubleshoot, track progress, and resolve issues.
* Experience with client/server applications in Unix, Windows, CITRIX and VMWare environments.
