University/College - Industry Tech. Education Collaboration Program Manager at US Tech Solutions

Job Description:

• The Client for IT/Technical Education/STEM team builds products to help everyone in the world learn anything in the world.
• Specifically, we enhance learning for school, learning for work, and learning for life.
• This project focuses on programs and processes that enable testing and validation of IT/Technical Education/STEM features before being launched to general availability, plus efforts to drive awareness and adoption of features when launched.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you’ll oversee the pipeline of schools/districts for the client for IT/Technical Education/STEM pilot program.
• Additionally, you’ll support the planning and execution of individual feature pilots and go-to-market (“GTM”) coordination for individual general availability (“GA”) launches.
• You will also support ongoing internal processes to drive alignment with cross-functional go-to-market teams.
• Triage ongoing inbound interest in the client for IT/Technical Education/STEM pilot program, vet qualified applicants, and send relevant communications & onboarding materials.
• Plan and manage individual pilots for different Edu team features (includes pilot planning, recruitment & onboarding, pilot maintenance, and pilot turndown), as well as GTM coordination for individual GA feature launches (includes Help Center content, coordination with marketing, etc).
• Support internal processes to drive alignment with cross-functional go-to-market teams, including monthly launch status updates and biannual newsletters.

Mandatory:

• Project management: Managing projects end to end, including communication and stakeholder management, plus ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. (5+ years)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• K12 educator experience is a plus.

Education:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
