The Segment Experiences Intern will work with the Segment Experiences team to develop the Marketing & Sales plan for assigned guest experiences & events that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy for Universal Studios Hollywood. They will work closely with the cross-functional team (i.e., Entertainment, Operations, Finance, F&B) helping the team with the creation, development and execution of shoulder season events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various shoulder seasonal events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in event development
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback for future improvements
- Be aware of market event experiences and report on trends in theme park and similar industries
Pay Range: $18-$25/hour
Please note this will be a hybrid internship.
Qualifications- Pursuing or completed a degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of event or experiential marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to change.
- Initiative, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Previous internship or relevant experience is a plus.
