The Universal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional boutique service experience to all existing & potential clients. They will manage the full client experience efficiently by identifying cross-sell opportunities, making referrals to partnering business lines, & executing service requests and transactions. This exciting role will have the opportunity to assume limited management responsibilities in the absence of the Retail Private Banker & Retail Client Experience Manager. We are looking for those unique individuals who have strong communication skills, are enthusiastic, technologically savvy, able to recognize sales & deposit growth opportunities, & passionate about exceeding our clients/prospects expectations in every interaction. They must adopt & live our core principals & display actions reflecting “Clients First” & “One Team” principles daily.

Full & Part Time Universal Banker Qualifications:
- Must have High School diploma or GED
- Must be flexible to work within our banking hours (M, T, W, F - 8:30am-5pm/ Th - 8:30am-6pm/ Sat - 8:30am-12pm)
- Previous Customer Service/Sales Experience in Retail Hospitality preferred but NOT required
- Previous Banking/Financial Service Experience a PLUS but NOT required
- Must prioritize being in-service to others (internally & externally) w/ ability to “go the extra mile” in fulfilling client needs
- Proactively takes initiative to improve the customer experience & team efficiency
- Builds strong relationships (internally & externally) w/ ability to effectively interact with all organization levels
- Operates with integrity; demonstrates adaptability, work commitment, & positive performance in all situations
- Willing to dress & behave in a professional manner
- Ability to read, write, & speak clearly in English (Fluency in other languages a PLUS but NOT required)
