Sodexo is seeking a Unit Safety Manager to oversee safety operations for a pharmaceutical client in Boston & Cambridge, MA. In this role, you'll drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety policies and all Federal, State, and Local regulations. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, particularly in construction projects, and providing strategic safety oversight across two client sites. - Ensure successful client and third-party audits of Sodexo and client HSE activities.
- Investigate HSE incidents and audit findings, reporting in a timely manner.
- Add value by implementing efficient, standardized systems and processes to enhance safety.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering HSE expertise and advice to operational teams.
- Conduct inspections of HSE compliance for all project activities and collaborate on corrective actions (CAPA).
- Promote a safety culture through training, site walkthroughs, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of related experience
