The Unit Manager is an integral part the leadership and care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. You will work to ensure the care of the patients and residents.  As a Unit Manager, you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care and leadership in and interdisciplinary environment including:

·       Evaluation

·       Supervision

·       Leading

·       Mentoring clinical staff

·       Care Planning

·       Managing Patient Care

·       Quality Improvement

·       Problem Solving

·      Required qualifications:

• Graduate of approved RN / LPN Program
• Previous experience as an RN/LPN in an acute care/long term care setting
• Current RN / LPN licensure to practice in the Pennsylvania.
