We are seeking a Unit Manager for a long-term care facility in Newton, MA. The role involves overseeing daily operations of a clinical unit, ensuring adequate staffing, and monitoring resident care. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing staffing levels and adjustments for each shift.
• Leading weekly resident care meetings and participating in clinical reviews.
• Monitoring care documentation and resident medical records.
• Identifying staff educational needs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assisting with admissions and ensuring completion of documentation.
• Providing direct nursing care as needed and reporting issues to the Director of Nursing.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or RN program graduation, active RN license, supervisory experience, and two years of long-term care experience.
