We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead patient care at our skilled nursing facility in Elkhart, IN.

Position Overview:

Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality care delivery.

Monitor resident care plans and conduct regular assessments.

Maintain compliance with regulations and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:
