Unit Clerk, part time 3 days a week - Mamaroneck, NY - The New Jewish Home

The Sarah Neuman Nursing home of The New Jewish Homeis seeking a part time ( 3 days or 21.75 hours per week) Unit Clerk ( job title of Unit Manager) to join their team.This position sits in our Westchester Location, Weinberg Gardens. Location is 845 Palmer Avenue, Mamaroneck, New York. Work hours will be 11 am to 7 pm.

The Unit manager assumes clerical responsibility in coordinating activities at the community nurses' station. He/She maintains medical records for each patient/resident that are complete, up-to-date and organized. The unit manager interacts with patients/residents, staff, consultants, family members, visitors, and others in a manner that facilitates communication and presents a warm, caring, and competent image of the facility.
