Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Concierge Certified NursingAssistant (CNA) to provide exceptional patient care while serving as a key point of contact for bothresidents and their families. In this dynamic role, the Concierge CNA will not only deliver high-quality clinical care but also take a direct approach to managing customer relationships, ensuringthat each client receives personalized service tailored to their unique needs and preferences.Responsibilities:• Provide direct, hands-on personal care to residents, including assistance with activities ofdaily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.• Develop strong, positive relationships with residents and families by offering consistent,high-level customer service, listening to their concerns, and providing guidance andsupport.• Be a proactive point of contact for residents, families, and the care team to address anyspecial requests, preferences, or care concerns promptly.• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans,ensuring the highest standards of comfort, safety, and satisfaction for each resident.• Monitor and document residents' health status, providing updates to the medical teamwhile maintaining accurate, timely records.• Foster an environment of trust, respect, and professionalism, ensuring all residents feelvalued and their individual preferences are respected.• Take a proactive approach to resolve concerns and ensure that the family and residents feelwell-informed and heard at every stage of their care experience.
Qualifications:• Active CNA certification with a proven track record of providing compassionate, hands-oncare.• Previous experience in a concierge or customer care role, preferably in a healthcare orsenior living setting.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trustwith a wide range of individuals, including residents, families, and team members.• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in both clinical andnon-clinical areas.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy (HIPAA), and care standards.• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) prefered.
