Job Description
- 5+ years managing IT Technical staff.
- 5+ years support Cisco Networks and/or Microsoft 365 and the associated applications.
- 2+ years of Vendor Management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective client relationship building and team building.
- Demonstrated experience with process development and process improvement.
- Ability to proactively learn new technology and features through client provided knowledge sharing and self-learning.
- Excellent planner and effective delivery of messages/statuses to staff, client, and executives.
- Experience using an interactive and participative approach (not a task administrator) to develop strategies, ass ign work, develop target schedules, and track progress.
- Able to work effectively with staff which are remote.
- High quality interpersonal skills that can foster teamwork and develop strategies with the team.
- Solid experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
