Underground Wet Utilities Pipe Forman - GPAC

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman with a strong background in underground wet utilities to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in managing and executing underground utility projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations for underground wet utility projects.
• Supervise and lead a team of pipe layers, laborers, and equipment operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on job sites.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan work activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement effective solutions.
• Foster a positive work environment and mentor team members for professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground wet utilities.
• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and relevant codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
