Qualifications and responsibilities for this Underground Utilities Project Manager position include:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground utilities construction
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and customer expectations
• Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies
• Oversee vendor, supplier, and subcontractor pricing and deliveries
• Review design documents, site plans, and improvement plans
• Manage permits and approvals for each project
• Coordinate field efforts related to site work, including inspections and engineering

Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
