Underground Electric Utility (Working) Foreman Candidates must have:

- Experience working with underground electric utilities

- Strong communication and leadership skills with knowledge of industry specifications and practices,

   OSHA requirements and safety protocol

- Ensure that all on-site employees comply with OSHA standards and company rules
