Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and protection of the construction site, including equipment and materials.

- Conduct regular patrols of the site and monitor surveillance equipment during overnight hours.

- Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points for any irregularities.

- Control access by permitting entry to authorized personnel and ensuring proper identification procedures.

- Respond promptly to alarms and obtain assistance in emergencies.

- Report any suspicious activities and inform violators of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Valid Security Officer class D license issued by the State of Florida.

- Valid Florida Driver’s License.
