Job Title- Ultrasound Tech (2 open roles)

Location – Georgetown, KY, 40324 (no relocation)

Base Salary – $50,000 – $72,000

Must-Haves:

1 – Must be open to fulfilling on-call requirements.&

2 – Graduate of a Program in Radiologic Technology or Ultrasonography.&

3 – Associate’s degree.&

4 – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT Sonography.&

5 – RRT (R) with a KY License.&

8:30a-5p- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday&

Will take call: 1 day a week, 1 weekend a month&

7a-7p- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday&

will take call: 1 day a week, 1 weekend a month&

Description:

&

Receives patients, explains method of procedure and makes sure patient is comfortable.&

Provides patient services to all ages using imaging modalities.&

Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices.&

Maintains equipment and supplies and organizes work area.&

Keeps accurate records, helps with scheduling of the ultrasound and keeps patient flow smooth.&

Assists radiologist with interventional procedures as ordered. (eg; paracenthesis, needle aspirations/biopsy, etc)&
