Ultrasound Tech - Moe Connections

Responsibilities

Receives patients, explains method of procedure and makes sure patient is comfortable.

Provides patient services to all ages using imaging modalities.

Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices.

Maintains equipment and supplies and organizes work area.

Keeps accurate records, helps with scheduling of the ultrasound and keeps patient flow smooth.

Assists radiologist with interventional procedures as ordered. (eg; paracentesis, needle aspirations/biopsy, etc)

Qualifications

Must be open to fulfilling call requirements (listed in description)

Graduate of a Program in Radiologic Technology or Ultrasonography

Associate’s Degree

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT Sonography

RRT (R) with a KY License

2 Schedules Available- please indicate preference when submitting&

Option 1

8:30a-5p- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

will take call: 1 day a week, 1 weekend a month

Option 2

7a-7p- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

will take call: 1 day a week, 1 weekend a month
