Position Responsibilities

• Analyze program performance, identify opportunities and recommend improvements that streamline operations.

• Communicate program progress through clear, insightful reports and presentations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, provide updates and meet requirements.

• Organize and maintain key project documentation to ensure programs run smoothly.

• Support the development of long-term strategies using data-driven insights.

• Track project milestones and ensure resources align with deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. Major in Finance or Business preferred.

• 3+ years in business process optimization, change management or a related area.

• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
