Duties:
"Job Description/Summary:
The UKG Subject Matter Expert Consultant will assist with UKG Pro Workforce Management Project for approximately six months. The UKG SME is responsible for working with HR and Payroll to design and lead the team to a successful UKG Pro Workforce management implementation. Modules include, but are not limited to, Recruiting, On-Boarding, Benefits, Compensation, UKG Pro Learning, UKG Pro Employee Voice. Performance Management, People Assist, Document Manager, Payroll, Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduler. This role will also work closely with our Human Resources and Payroll Departments to ensure that appropriate policies & procedures are adhered to within the implementation(s) and that the existing live functionality is not negatively impacted.
The consultant will provide best practices to move the current solution to UKG Pro and prepare any needed documentation. In collaboration with department management, the consultant will advise the project team of all risks and efficiencies and schedule any required procedures or knowledge transfer. The consultant will guide and perform design, testing and training as needed by the project team.
This will be a primarily remote position, but the incumbent should be available to travel as needed and work PST hours.
Essential Functions:
" Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of procedures and guidelines to support the organization for the HR and Payroll UKG implementation project.
" These tasks will include:
" Writing BI Reports
" Creating People Assist templates and workflows
" Integrations (Informatica a plus)
" Mentoring Project Team
" Working directly with the Project Manager and team leads to design and implement UKG solutions.
" Participates in End-to-End testing and training with the business and relevant departments.
" Defect resolution
" Works with team to identify organizational strategies and systems/applications that meet operational needs."
Education:
"Minimum Education: BA/BS in a clinical discipline, computer science, or related field.
Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible and related work experience with UKG modules.
Additional Minimum Requirements:
" Knowledge of and experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Management
" Knowledge of working with hospital information systems.

" Knowledge of PC applications (MS Office and MS Project) and the ability to write reports.

Schedule Notes: It is a 6-month assignment working with Payroll and HRIS. This will be a remote position but must be willing to work PST typical work hours e.g if they are in EST time zone meetings may take place at 5 or 6 PST. ***assignment may end prior to 6 months***
