Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled UiPath Business Analyst to join our innovative team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement UiPath solutions. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-value automation projects that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation using UiPath.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for automation projects.
- Develop comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and use cases.
- Work closely with UiPath developers to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess potential automation projects.
- Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of UiPath automation workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on UiPath automation solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of implemented automation solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest UiPath features, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and UiPath
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of UiPath platform components and RPA best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to work effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in creating detailed process documentation and business requirements.
