UCC Title Insurance Manager

Summary:
The UCC Insurance Manager will be responsible for operations related to the issuance of UCC title insurance products.
The primary responsibility is to manage all facets of commercial search production to ensure efficient workflows, manage all cost(s) associated with production as well as to ensure the team(s) are hitting capacity and performance goals to better service the client.
The manager will supervise all personnel, either personally or through subordinate supervisors, who are engaged in production functions and will be responsible for underwriting and risk controls related to the products issued and services offered.
Knowledge and Skills Required
A minimum of 10 years of title insurance underwriting experience with commercial real estate transactions.
At least 10 years of title insurance operational management experience.
Ability to create effective and persuasive presentations.
Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Ability to work in fast paced environment while successfully performing under extreme time constraints and meets prescribed deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects.
Ability to act independently with sound judgment and take initiative.
Written and verbal communications are clear, grammatically correct and business appropriate.
