Position Summary: The Contact Center Trainer is responsible for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of training program for the Contact Center Agents I and II. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and teaching agents call center best practices, telephone etiquette, customer service; patient registration, scheduling appointments, unified messaging, emergent and routine notifications, mass communications and all other aspects of the contact center software and hardware. This position will work closely with Contact Center leadership to ensure alignment on KPI (key performance indicators), expectations, initiatives, and priorities.
