Your Next Career Opportunity – Site Marketing Manager
This position is responsible for maximizing new lease revenue on SBA's owned and managed portfolio through effective sales and marketing of antennae space and equipment installations on SBA's owned and managed sites in the assigned sales territory to all wireless operators and providers.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Represents SBA as the primary point of contact for site leasing to all wireless operators in the assigned territory.
- Actively markets sites to all existing and potential customers within the sales territory during in-person meetings and through regular communication by phone and email.
- Develop effective, productive relationships with key decision makers and players within customer, consultant and competitor organizations through regular interaction and communication.
- Prepare and deliver effective site marketing and target-marketing presentations
- Gather, monitor, track network build plans, overlays, upgrades, spectrum auctions of existing and potential customers to identify and quantify new business opportunities and potential.
- Manage the leasing business on all sites within the territory by working closely with customer contacts and SBA colleagues to track all pending agreements and complete them efficiently.
- Maintain a clear understanding of both SBA internal processes and the organizational procedures for each customer within sales territory.
- Maintain a clear understanding and representation of customer goals at all times.
- Monitor, track and report on customer and competitor trends.
- Support and justify SBA’s philosophies, business positions, pricing, and terms through effective salesmanship and negotiation.
- Provide the highest level of customer service by always being responsive to customer requests and through proactive management of all pending agreements.
- Market and promote the utilization of SBAN site development services and installation services to new tenants where install is not mandated in ASA
- Identify and share leads for SBA’s other business lines such as new tower builds, DAS, site development, and construction services.
- Collaborate and coordinate efforts with other SBA lines of business to create a smooth fluid customer experience.
- Develop accurate forecasts of projected agreement executions and resulting sales revenue on a quarterly basis.
- Identifies tenant equipment variances and proactively works with tenant to resolve as quickly as possible.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field of study;
- and 5-10 years of relative business experience. Prior experience utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills required.
- and 3-5 years of related industry and outside sales or business development experience (basic knowledge of wireless site development, construction, and co-location).
- Domestic Travel
- Valid Government Issued Driver's License
