Job Details

Responsibilities:

Prepare, format, proofread, revise, profile, and save correspondence and drafts of documents to the document management system
Document reproduction, including printing, copying, scanning, and client file maintenance
Client billing activities such as time entry, proofreading, modifying, and sending client invoices
Client contact, monitor email and regular mail to resolve questions from clients and co-workers
Scheduling support, expense reimbursement management, and overall administrative support to two full-time attorneys
Assist additional attorneys as needed during support staff paid time off

Requirements:

Prior experience working in Trust & Estate law
Capability to manage the workflow of multiple attorneys
