Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their estate planning needs and objectives.
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Assist clients with the administration of trusts and estates, including probate proceedings.
- Provide legal advice on tax implications of estate planning and trust administration.
