We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Trusts and Estates
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of legal matters related to estate planning, including will, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives.
Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions to clients on a variety of legal issues.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop and implement legal strategies.
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that affect clients' interests.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
Admitted to practice law in New York
2+ years of experience in Trusts and Estates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
