Our client is a preeminent Cleveland-based law firm with offices in the Midwest and West Coast. 

There is an opportunity for a Mid-level Associate to join a robust and sophisticated Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration practice within a rapidly growing corporate transactional group. 

Your professional career will benefit from immediate and significant direct client contact and opportunity for primary client responsibility as part of long term strategic department succession planning. 

Ideally, this law firm is looking for attorneys with five or more years of experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration for their Cleveland or Columbus offices, however, this client has also embraced the benefits of a remote and flexible work environment.

Additional background in federal transfer and fiduciary income taxes and/or corporate succession planning is beneficial.  Licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida preferred. 

Candidates must have a strong academic background with excellent research, writing, analytical and communication skills.  This firm offers a competitive salary and a generous benefit package.
