Trust & Regulatory UX Designer (Sensitive User Data) - US Tech Solutions

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

• We're the Ads Privacy & Safety UX team, part of the client-wide priority to improve user trust. We protect billions of users from being exposed to inappropriate ads (including fraudulent, scammy and offensive ads) and help enforce policies for content related to some of the most pressing issues of our time, like misinformation, hate speech and election ads.
• We increase user trust by finding user-friendly solutions to today’s regulatory environment and giving users agency over the ads they see.

Responsibilities:

• This role focuses on strengthening user trust in the client by giving users transparency and control over their Ads experience.
• You'll achieve this by crafting compelling, ad personalization experiences and building intuitive privacy controls.
• We are seeking a strong UX Designer to be a pioneer in this space, to work collaboratively across Ads teams to develop and launch innovative product concepts.
• Partner with PMs, Engineering and UX to develop innovative product concepts and UI patterns that give users control and help users improve their ad experiences across client products.
• Translate research insights into validated design concepts and cohesive product and experience strategies.
• Drive and develop user journeys, mockups, prototypes, storyboards, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.

Mandatory:

• 6 years of experience in a UX Product Design setting, or similar.
• Fluency with Figma to produce wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Portfolio of UX design work across multiple platforms.
• Experience working in user trust, areas with high sensitivity or regulation, or a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape is a plus.
• Experience partnering with UXR to amplify research and improve the user experience is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Behavioral Research, Graphic Design or equivalent practical experience.
