Position responsibilities are:

• Prepare documents for trust and estates cases
• Draft legal correspondence
• Partner with attorneys and other paralegals during all stages of estate settlement and trust administration, including maintaining client files, preparing materials for client meetings, managing deadlines and collecting information necessary to complete reporting and filing requirements

Position requirements are:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estates Paralegal
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Strong communication and client relations skills
• Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated ability to multi-task
