Trust and Estates Litigation Legal Assistant - Antonyan Miranda LLP

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is hiring a litigation legal assistant to join our growing team with at least two years of recent work experience in civil/trust litigation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to case management, drafting documents, ensuring all deadlines are met, organizing files, preparation of documents to the court and working on cases ranging from financial investigations into trust accountings to capacity challenges.

Qualifications:

2-year minimum experience

HS Diploma a must.

Practices superior time management.

Maintains excellent writing and language skills.

Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.

Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Must be able to investigate, document and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Must possess the ability to generate trust and build relationships with co-workers.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times to protect the privacy of employees and clients.
