Responsibilities:
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Responsibilities:
- Create documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations. Proofread and edit for accuracy
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, coordinated conferences and appointments
- Coordinate travel and accommodations
- Review bill for accuracy and prepare for clients
- Update and maintain client files, including organizing firm's document management system
- Reconcile and submit attorney expenses
- Maintain attorney contacts and manage CRM system
- Process client intake forms
- Manage communication, record messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with probate administration paperwork, including court petitions, orders, deeds, etc. and assist with post-death non-probate administration
- Coordinate probate court filings and recordings
- Assist with preparing gift tax, estate tax, and fiduciary income tax returns
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Min HS Diploma or GED
- Advanced in MS Office Suite
- 5+ years of legal admin experience
- Knowledge in probate administration and estate planning
