Trust & Estate Practice Assistant at Sparks Group

Responsibilities:

• Create documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations. Proofread and edit for accuracy
• Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, coordinated conferences and appointments
• Coordinate travel and accommodations
• Review bill for accuracy and prepare for clients
• Update and maintain client files, including organizing firm's document management system
• Reconcile and submit attorney expenses
• Maintain attorney contacts and manage CRM system
• Process client intake forms
• Manage communication, record messages, and respond to inquiries
• Assist with probate administration paperwork, including court petitions, orders, deeds, etc. and assist with post-death non-probate administration
• Coordinate probate court filings and recordings
• Assist with preparing gift tax, estate tax, and fiduciary income tax returns

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Min HS Diploma or GED
• Advanced in MS Office Suite
• 5+ years of legal admin experience
• Knowledge in probate administration and estate planning
