Title: Trust Administrator (Nuveen Earn Out Rebate Process - Fiduciary Services)
Location: (Remote US-CST zone)
Duration: 4+ months
Compensation: $39.00-$43.50/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Summary of Work Performed: The objective for the project is to return earn out funds due to closed accounts by identifying the appropriate party to transmit funds.
Job Description: Perform due diligence to determine client contact information or lack thereof. Upon determining path of fund remittance, prepare appropriate documentation for client communication and send monies to the appropriate endpoint.
Daily Responsibilities: As stated above, document due diligence; document determination of path of fund remittance; and send monies.
Required Skills: Attention to detail is a critical skill as well as investigative abilities. The candidate must be highly organized and be able to follow instructions as per project guidelines. A paralegal or accounting background might be helpful. Experience with the SEI trust system, Lexis-Nexis, or Ancestry would be valuable but not required.
No minimum education required, but any experience in the personal trust discipline would be helpful.
Need to know SEI system. Should know trust/accounting terms or how trusts work.
