Work Schedule and Benefits:

• Enjoy a 3-day weekend with 4 ten-hour shifts
• Full-time evaluation hire positions available, as well as full-time shorter contracts
• Work hours are Monday to Thursday between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• Competitive pay starting at $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience
• Opportunities for learning a new product line, boot discounts, and possible advancement within the company
• 4 bays equipped with A/C for added comfort

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding, fabricating, and hydraulic work on trucks
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical parts such as engines, wheels, accelerators, and brakes
• Utilize specialized instruments and tools to diagnose problems and complete repairs
• Maintain a proper uniform and attitude while on the job

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with drill presses, plasma cutters, MIG, and Stick welding
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and display good physical and mental stamina
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of multitasking

Certifications and Training:

• Completion of certified online training is expected, with a bonus plan in place to reward achievement
