Job Details
Job requirements include (but are not limited to) the following:
- 2-3 years of legal experience as a licensed attorney in the state of South Dakota
- Experience with tribal matters and/or law is a huge plus but not a must-have requirement
- Litigation experience with environmental/natural resource law
- Experience coordinating with state and federal regulatory agencies
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Rapid City
