Position: Trial Litigation Paralegal
Location: Redwood City, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Pay: $90,000 to $92,000 annually
Experience: 1-5 years of litigation experience to support attorneys in a law firm
Education: A paralegal certificate is required
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday Friday, can start anytime from 7am to 10am (7-hour workdays, must be flexible with OT and travel regularly to trials)

Job Description:
- Responsible for document review
- Organizing client documents in our database to be used for depositions and trial
- Handle court filing in state and federal court, including eFiling
- Manage extensive client communication
- Distribute information to team members
- Assemble and maintain trial binders
- Research documents within the database
Position Requirements:
- Must have trial experience (sitting in courtroom assisting attorneys)
- Experience with Intellectual Property, Commercial, or Criminal law is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
