Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000+, DOE
A prominent DTLA law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with extensive experience in e-discovery, managing complex cases, and providing litigation and trial support. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in high-pressure environments and has a proven track record of supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Discovery Management: Oversee large-scale e-discovery processes, including document review, production, and database management using advanced litigation support software.
- Complex Litigation Support: Manage intricate case files involving voluminous discovery, multiple parties, and extensive trial preparation.
- Trial Preparation: Provide comprehensive trial support, including preparation of exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and assembling trial binders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5+ years as a litigation paralegal with hands-on experience in e-discovery and managing complex cases.
- Trial Expertise: Proven ability to handle trial logistics, including in-courtroom support, organizing exhibits, and assisting attorneys during proceedings.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with California state and federal court rules, as well as local filing requirements.
