Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Trial Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Representing clients in all stages of residential real estate transactions, from drafting and negotiating contracts to closing deals.
2. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and legal consequences.
3. Managing real estate litigation cases, including preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and briefs.
4. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making persuasive arguments to achieve favorable outcomes.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
6. Staying updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice to clients.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Trial Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. License to practice law in the state of California.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential real estate transactions.
4. Proven experience as a Real Estate Litigation Attorney.
5. Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
9. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
