Treatment Plan Coordinator - Gpac

Exciting Treatment Plan Coordinator Opportunity in a Welcoming Orthodontics  Practice!

My well-established client is seeking a dedicated individual with front desk experience, ideally in a dental or medical setting, to join their team as a full time Treatment Plan Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information.
• Check-in patients, verify insurance, and handle co-payments.
• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with medical staff for efficient patient flow.
• Resolve patient inquiries and assist with administrative tasks.

Skills:

• Proficiency in office software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Orthodontics Knowledge
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
• Experience working at the front desk of a medical office or healthcare facility.
• Familiarity with Epic or other electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills, handling difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred but not required).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
