Position: Treating Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager
Location: NovaCare Smyrna DE
Specialties: Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular, Concussion with an ACL and Fall Prevention program
Schedule: Full time, weekdays, 40 hours with two nights until 7PM
Compensation: starting at $95,000
Incentives: Sign on Bonus Available

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a full time physical therapist (PT) to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. You must have previous OP ortho experience to be considered. Our leadership development program will ensure your success if you are new to a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
