Compensation: $100,000–$135,000/year (based on experience)

Position Overview
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, liquidity, and compliance with GAAP and debt covenants. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Treasury Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial health, ensuring effective risk management, and maintaining cash flow efficiency.
This position is available in Minneapolis, MN, or Lincoln, NE, with a hybrid work option for local/commutable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, banking, and safeguarding of company funds.
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and management of bank accounts.
- Ensure compliance with debt agreements and GAAP principles.
- Provide risk assessment guidance to senior management, including liquidity and loan analysis.
- Regularly prepare estimated cash flows to anticipate the company’s borrowing needs.
- Maintain financial systems and policies governing treasury operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Establish systems for efficient domestic and international fund transfers in a tax-efficient manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of finance-related experience, with at least 5 years specializing in treasury functions.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills for documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in time management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to senior leadership.
- High ethical standards with a proven history of trustworthy financial operations.
